How fast can I actually launch?

Most customers go live within a day. You pick a plan, import your catalog via CSV, Excel or ERP sync, invite your buyers — and you are taking orders. Complex ERP or EDI setups typically add one to two weeks.

Yes — 14 days, full functionality, no credit card required. Your trial store becomes your production store when you subscribe, so nothing is lost.

Are there setup fees or order commissions?

No setup fees and no per-order commission on any plan. You pay a flat monthly subscription plus any optional add-ons. The only one-time fee is the optional Custom EDI Setup (€499).

Can I change plans later?

Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Annual plans include a 20% discount and can still be upgraded mid-term with prorated billing.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the paid period, and you can export your full catalog, customers and order history at any time. We keep an encrypted backup for 30 days after cancellation, then delete it permanently.

Yes — Professional plans and above support custom domains with automatically managed SSL certificates. Starter stores run on a yourcompany.merkiz.store subdomain.

How do I import my catalog?

Three ways: CSV/Excel import with a guided column mapper, continuous ERP sync via a connector, or the REST API. Images can be bulk-uploaded or pulled from URLs.

Is there a limit on buyers or orders?

No plan limits the number of buyer accounts or orders. Plan tiers differ by number of stores, products, languages and integrations — never by how much you sell.

Which ERP systems do you support?

Native connectors exist for SAP (ECC and S/4HANA), Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central and F&O), Oracle (Fusion Cloud and EBS) and NetSuite. Connectors are available as add-ons from the Professional plan.

Merkiz operates a managed EDI service supporting EDIFACT and X12 over AS2, SFTP or VAN. We handle mapping, certificates and monitoring; your orders, dispatch advices and invoices flow automatically. Available on Business and Enterprise plans.

What does the API cover?

Everything: products, categories, price lists, customers, orders, fulfillment and webhooks for real-time events. It's a versioned REST API with sandbox environments, available on Business and Enterprise plans.

How long does an ERP integration take?

A standard connector setup takes two to five business days including testing. Custom field mappings or heavily customized ERP instances may take longer — our integration team scopes it with you upfront, free of charge.

You do — catalog, customers, orders and analytics are yours. Merkiz is a processor acting on your instructions. You can export everything at any time in open formats.

Enterprise plans include a contractual 99.99% uptime SLA with service credits. All other plans run on the same infrastructure with published status and incident history.
